Patricia Ferland became a licensed real estate agent in 2001. Pat grew up in Massachusetts and moved to
Waterville, Maine in 1978. Her grandfather originated from Embden, Maine and many summers included long visits there and many camping trips to the Moosehead area prior to taking residence in the state. Having the
experience of living in Maine and the value added to her family by the quality of life and education for children
and the natural beauty of the outdoors strenghtens the wish for everyone to find just the right place meant for them to be. Pat works with buyers and sellers in the greater central Maine area. She has facilitated sales for owners who
have relocated out of the local area to as far away as England. Working with first time home buyers is a total enjoyment. Good communication and attention to detail from first meeting to completed
