Gregg specializes in commercial sales and leasing and property management. From 1995 - present, he has sold or
leased over 1,100,000 square feet of commercial space in Mid-Maine, a track record unequalled by any other broker
or company in his market area. Gregg's Services include: Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Leasing, Consulting, Broker Evaluations, Property Management, Buyer Brokerage, & Tenant Representation.
Gregg has been licensed since 1987 and is the designated broker for Affiliated Realty. He is also the owner of Perkins Leasing and Management (a full service property management company). Gregg has taken some CRB and
CCIM courses as well as numerous license renewal courses. In 1996, he was awarded the REALTOR of the Year for
the northern council of the Kennebec Valley Board of Realtors. Gregg and his wife Susan have two children and they
reside in Fairfield. Gregg's favorite hobby is coaching the various athletic teams that his children have played on and
