Dick's primary service area is the greater Mid-Maine area including Waterville, Winslow, Fairfield, & Oakland and the
surrounding towns. Dick specializes in residential, multi-family, lakefront homes and land. Dick especially enjoys
working with first-time buyers as well as people who are moving up into a more expensive or perhaps their second home.
Dick has worked full-time in the Real Estate Profession for 25 years. For 10 years he owned & operated Goodhue Real
Estate in Waterville. In the Spring of 1997, Dick and some other well known Real Estate Brokers formed what is now known as Affiliated Realty.
In the early 1980's Dick served as a director of the Northern-Kennebec-Valley Board of REALTORS for 3 years. He also
served as chairman of the Grievance's Committee for 2 years. He has attended numerous license renewal courses. Dick is also a member of The Central Maine Apartment Owners Assoc. and owns several properties in the area.
Dick has been a member of the Waterville Elks lodge #905 for 34 years. He is also a member of the United Commercial Travelers for 21 years.
Dick and his wife, Roberta, have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren. Dick's hobbies
are gardening, antique collecting and cooking. He has resided in Waterville since 1974 and is a Maine native.
