Bruce's primary service area ranges from Gardiner to Fairfield on both sides of the Kennebec River. Bruce started in real
estate with an Augusta firm and still continues to work in that market area as well as the greater Waterville area. In 1999
Bruce sold over $1,530,000.00 in sales concentrating in the residential and multi-unit markets. Bruce's services include
working with first time home buyers, multifamily buyers, lakefront properties, land, and property management.
Professional Experience
Bruce began a real estate career in 1996 following 32 years as a public school educator serving as teacher and school principal. Bruce came to Affiliated Realty in 1998.
Professional Education and Designations
Bruce has been licensed since 1996 and had gone through an extensive training program with a large nationwide real estate system before
coming to Affiliated Realty. He currently holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation which is obtained only after many hours of
course work and documentation of successfully representing numerous buyers in the purchase of property.
Personal / Comments
Bruce is currently Vice President of Waterville - Fairfield Chapter of Kiwanis as well as serving on the Prudential Committee and Pastoral Search
Committee for his church. He and his wife of 34 years, Caroline, reside in Waterville. They have two grown sons, Art and Rob. Bruce's hobbies
are reading, fly-fishing and spending time with his family. Bruce would enjoy helping you with your real estate needs whether you are buying or selling.
